Plans, priced by what you store
Certifying a work is the same for everyone — every plan seals, timestamps, and watermarks the same way. What differs is how much you keep with us, and whether your identity has been reviewed. Verifying a certificate is always free, for anyone.

What counts toward storage
Everything you upload into a session: process photos, screen and camera recordings, project files, audio, RAW photos. Each file is stored once, even if it appears in several sessions. Notes, hashes, and the certificate itself are free. Deleting a work frees its storage.
Your account page shows how much you are using against your allowance. During launch nothing is blocked when you reach it — we will tell you, and ask you to upgrade or tidy up, before any limit is enforced.
Rough guide
Questions about plans
Does paying buy a better score?
No. The 14 creator-identity points come from a manual identity review, which a Verified Creator subscription includes — and which can be declined. Every other point on a certificate comes from the recorded process itself. The rubric is public in the Methodology.
Why price by storage?
Because it is the one cost that genuinely scales with how you work. A sketch documented with a few photos costs almost nothing to keep; a year of session video does not. Pricing by storage keeps the free plan honest and lets heavy documenters pay for what they use.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
Your existing certificates stay exactly as they are — forever. During launch nothing is blocked. Once billing exists, new uploads will pause at the limit until you upgrade or free space; we will never delete your work to make room.
When does billing start?
Not yet. There is no payment system today, by design: the launch period is for building the registry. When billing begins we will give every account 30 days' notice, Basic accounts from launch keep their 5 GB, and nobody is charged without opting in.
